It feels as though Spring has sprung in the Northwoods! The temperatures are unseasonably warm and lots of snow has melted. Unfortunately for the snowmobile enthusiasts, Oneida and Vilas Counties closed trails yesterday at noon. It was another great year for snowmobiling throughout the Northwoods of Wisconsin. There is still adequate ice on the lakes for ice fishing throughout the Minocqua, Lake Tomahawk, Arbor Vitae, Lac du Flambeau, Boulder Junction, St. Germain and Eagle River areas!
Now we move on to warmer temps and the lakes will be open within a month or so. Soon we will be able to take advantage of all the great things the Northwoods has to offer during the summer months. The housing market is heating up and inventory is increasing every day, interest rates are fantastic, and gas prices are much more resonable. If you are in the market for a new home, vacation home or cabin in the woods take advantage of these opportunities now! Please feel free to contact us through this site, by phone or create your own account to keep informed of new listings, as they are hitting the Multiple Listing Service every day.
Hope to hear from you soon!
